FAQs:

Is this for me if I’m “skinny fat”?

Yes this is exactly who this program was designed for. You don’t really need to lose weight because you are in a healthy weight range or even underweight for your height. Yet you still feel soft and “flabby” or have too much stomach fat even though your limbs are skinny. You need to go through body recomposition.

What equipment do I need for home workouts?

You will need adjustable dumbbells and long resistance bands. You can use your couch or a chair for a bench if needed. The workouts are set up for a gym but there are alternatives available for any exercises that require machines so you can do them at home if you prefer.

What is the difference between this program and your 1:1 coaching?

This program is a do it yourself style program. My 1:1 coaching includes full access to me on a daily basis so you can ask questions and get support whenever you need. I also assess your progress and adjust things for you or tell you what you need to improve. We work a lot more on your mindset and the energetics of body transformation too. You can always upgrade to 1:1 coaching after the 8 week program if this is something that interests you or you need to work further on healing your relationship with food/ body image issues etc.

What if I have questions during the program?

You can email me however I can only give general advice. For specific advice you can upgrade to 1:1 coaching. I’ve aimed to make the program as comprehensive as possible so you can do it yourself and avoid mistakes to get the best results possible in 8 weeks.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like it?

No. Due to the digital nature of this program and the fact I have made it very affordable considering how much I have had to invest to learn the things I’ve put into the program, there are no refunds.
